Order Process - How to Order?

How to order in our online shop:

Step 1: Select the article

You are welcome to our www.NaturLex.de homepage, we offer various products for you. Products are divided by different categories. By clicking on products title or image you can go to the detailed description page of a particular product. You can also use the search function at the top center in the shop website. Type the name of your desire name in the search input box and click "Search" button. you can select categories and manufacturer name also. The results will appear on your screen. If you find your desire products then go to the product details page by clicking on the product title or product Image. Then click "Add to Shopping cart" to place the items in the basket. Click the "Checkout" button for continue shopping proceed to complete or you can buy other items by clicking "continue Shopping" button.

Step 2: Basket

If you click "Checkout" then the Basket page will display, where you can find the shopping cart overview. In the Basket, you can edit your selected products amount by checked the check box and then change the product amount in the input box. After that you have to click the "Update" button for overwrite update in the shopping cart overview. You can also delete the basket product by checked the product check box and then click the "remove" Button.

Step 3: Shipping

After the basket corresponds to your desired articles, you can enter your shipping information. If you only want to purchase one-time, you can buy the goods without registration in our shop. If you often want to buy, it is a good Idea to create an account in our shop. If you already have a customer account with our store, you can log in with your credentials easily.

Step 4: Payment

Please select your shipping method. And then select your payment method from the available selection.

Step 5: Order

The order summary contains all the details about your selected products, produtcts price, grand total price, shipping information, billing information, payment method etc..

Please check your order summary before sending it. You can change any input before the inquiry, by clicking on the corresponding edit point (see above gray, 1 to cart and item quantity, 2 for the billing and shipping address and 3 for the method of payment), and then make or overwrite to modify inputs and Continue to Next Step confirm.

Please check the check Box that you are agree to our Terms and Conditions and click "order with obligation to pay" button for complete your order.

Step 6: Finished

You will receive an email with your order summary to the specified order email address.
This page will confirm that you have successfully completed your order procedure.
