It depends on why you are drinking Aloe Vera. Some people drink only a small amount each morning (about 60 ml) to feel good overall, while others take a “shot glass” (about 30 ml) 2–3 times a day. Some increase the amount and may drink up to 170 ml or more per day.
A common recommendation is to adjust the amount to your body weight: around 1 ml Aloe Vera Drinking Gel per kg body weight per day, ideally on an empty stomach.

Aloe Vera Drinking Gel is best enjoyed pure. However, if you do not like the taste, you can mix it with pure fruit juice or, for example, with honey. Please note that added fruit juices contain acids, which may cause digestive discomfort in some people.

For best results, drink Aloe Vera Juice or Gel on an empty stomach, allowing your body time to absorb it. Some people prefer to start their day with it, while others drink it before meals or shortly before going to bed.
It is important to drink a glass of still water afterwards. Ideally, divide your chosen daily amount and drink it in the morning and evening.
Like most natural foods, once opened, the bottle should be tightly closed and stored in the refrigerator. Since natural pulp may settle during storage, gently swirl (do not shake) the bottle before each use. Please note: the first date on the bottom of the bottle indicates the filling date. The expiration date is shown after the abbreviation "EXP".
