Dissolve 1 level measuring spoon (equivalent to 25g) in 240 ml skimmed milk (1.5% fat). The measuring spoon is included in the pack. Consume immediately. Please adhere to the recommended amount of powder and milk. As part of a low-calorie diet, up to two meals a day can be replaced with the FOREVER Ultra Shake. Choose the meals in the daily routine carefully. Make sure you drink enough fluids (at least two liters per day).
